Welcome to Churchill Club

Enjoy everything you can about Churchill Club and Oswego!

A happy, friendly neighborhood of spacious homes just minutes from the rejuvenated downtown village of Oswego
Nestled inside the charming village of Oswego, the Churchill Club neighborhood is a residential subdivision known for its family-oriented mindset, tight-knit community, and beautiful homes built between 2004 and 2015 that display both traditional values with a contemporary twist. Churchill Club is within easy distance of much of Oswego’s diverse and expanding commercial district. Tree-lined streets accentuate the peace and beauty of the homes, and well-maintained sidewalks and walking trails serve as the lively paths for strollers, bikes, pets, and pedestrians out for a stroll or a run around the pond.
First developed in 2004, Churchill Club is tucked between U.S. 34 and Wolf’s Crossing Road, filled with immaculate winding streets and well-appointed single-family homes and townhomes ranging from the mid-200,000s to nearly half a million dollars. For the price, buyers can purchase expansive 2-to-6-bedroom homes with full basements, roomy interiors, transitional designs ideal for melding architectural styles, and modern amenities.

•Top-rated schools
•Amenities, including pools and splash pads, at the Clubhouse for residents and guests
•Near to parks, nature, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants
•Sled hill on Churchill property for some fun in the snow
•Oswegoland Park district activities and classes nearby
•Newly developed Venue 1012 for concerts and entertainment

Churchill Club is ideal for families, couples, and young professionals looking to settle down in a new home with all the upgraded amenities for an affordable price. The houses in Churchill Club and variety of architectural designs offer ample room to grow, and its quiet and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel right at home.

Churchill Club is adjacent to one of Oswego’s biggest shopping areas, making it simple to meet both your day-to-day needs and your occasional desire for retail therapy. The shopping plazas house stores such as TargetOld NavyMichaelsKohlsDSW, and Ulta, as well as grocers and specialty foods like Meijer, Aldi, Sam’s Club, Andy’s Custard, and The Popcorn Store.

There’s plenty of dining in Oswego, as well, and residents of Churchill Club are treated to a variety of flavors ranging from international to homestyle comfort. Danelli’s is an ideal spot for a romantic date night, thanks to its menu of impressive Italian fare and gourmet pizzas. At Benny’s Place, the focus is on serving up an exceptional brunch menu enjoyed in a casual sit-down setting with family and friends.

Oswego is also home to its own local brewery, The Oswego Brew Co., which has won several awards for its lagers and brews. The Village Grind Coffee Shop specializes in a different type of brew and functions as an inviting meeting spot for locals who often choose to indulge in sweet or savory goods with their piping hot coffee or specialty drinks. For another chance to gobble up locally-crafted sweet treats, you’ll want to check out My Sister’s Lil Donut Shoppe, which puts out a brand-new donut flavor at the beginning of every month.

Churchill Club is also home to several excellent schools:
•Oswego High School, 9-12, highly rated public high school
•Oswego East High School, 9-12, highly rated public high school
•Churchill Elementary School, K-5, well-rated public elementary school
•Plank Junior High

Residents of Churchill Club participate in more than just their neighborly barbecues and clubhouse celebrations — they also have access to the larger spectrum of community-driven events of Oswego itself. Held on Sunday mornings between June and September, the Oswego Country Market hosts a variety of local artisans, farmers, bakers, food trucks, and vendors all ready to serve up the best of what the village has to offer.

Stepping into nature, those in Churchill Club often choose to head over to the beautiful Prairie Point Park for a relaxing retreat. The park boasts 66 acres and includes family-friendly amenities such as sports fields and courts, playgrounds, a splash pad for the kids, a skate park, and scenic walking trails. Need to escape and work out? Crossfit Thunderbolt provides another local opportunity to stay in shape while working out in a smaller and more personalized exercise gym experience.

All of Oswego comes together for the four-day celebration that is PrairieFest, which features concerts, food trucks, and vendors, as well as a carnival for the kids. Locals also attend the Oswego Christmas Walk, an annual downtown tradition that’s been delighting families with holiday-themed celebrations for decades. For a more laid-back, adults-oriented festival, locals can experience the Wine on the Fox event, where visitors get the chance to sample local and international wines while relaxing.
