The park boasts 66 acres and includes family-friendly amenities such as sports fields and courts, playgrounds, a splash pad for the kids, a skate park, and scenic walking trails.

Need to escape and work out? Crossfit Thunderbolt provides another local opportunity to stay in shape while working out in a smaller and more personalized exercise gym experience. All of Oswego comes together for the four-day celebration that is PrairieFest, which features concerts, food trucks, and vendors, as well as a carnival for the kids. Locals also attend the Oswego Christmas Walk, an annual downtown tradition that’s been delighting families with holiday-themed celebrations for decades. For a more laid-back, adults-oriented festival, locals can experience the Wine on the Fox event, where visitors get the chance to sample local and international wines while relaxing.
